Preparation
Exterior wood is exposed to excessive dirt and deposits.
It is crucial to thoroughly clean the surface before treating it with Rubio Monocoat oil. -
Pre-treatment (optional)
With Rubio Monocoat Hybrid Wood Protector, Rubio Monocoat contributes to that trend with a decorative and durable treatment for all exterior wood. And to further intensify the colouring, we recently added the Rubio Monocoat Sunprimer HWP to the exterior range.

Protection
Your exterior wood can be protected in various ways. Rubio Monocoat offers the linseed oil Hybrid Wood Protector in 20 colours and the wood-based oil DuroGrit in 14 colours with a natural look. Both high-quality oils protect and colour your horizontal and vertical exterior wood in one coat. DuroGrit also provides extreme UV resistance.
For vertical wood you can also choose the WoodCream. This wax-based cream is easy to apply (in 1 or 2 layers), available in 27 colours and offers a water-repellent and self-cleaning effect. -
